· From September to December each year we contact over 600 officials of over 1000 events for details of the events they are organizing the following year.

From this information we list them in month & date order, title of event, venue and either a contact name, telephone number, maybe e-mail address and website for you, the subscriber, to obtain additional information.

· The yearbook also carries financially supporting advertising which allows us to keep the selling price low.

· Details on events that are not available when we go to print at the end of December are listed on our website and are update monthly. The list also carries changes to venue, date etc when we are advised of such.

The information contained in the yearbook is supplied before the end of the previous year and although great care is taken to ensure the listings are accurate, event dates and event dates, venues etc can change. You are advised to contact the event organiser before setting out to attend an event to avoid disappointment.
